HotelsFeed collects only the information needed to operate your hotel feed, verify an offer or understand whether the feed is useful.
What we collect
If you join the traveller feed, we store your email address and the preferences you provide, such as departure location, budget and hotel styles. If you submit a hotel offer, we store the business contact details, offer, dates, price and booking link you provide.
How we use it
We use traveller details to personalise hotel feeds and alerts, understand aggregate audience interests and improve HotelsFeed. We use hotel details to verify and publish eligible offers. We do not sell personal information.
Clicks and booking partners
When you open a bookable offer, we record the feed entry, time, referring site and a shortened one-way hash of the browser user-agent. This lets us count interest without building a personal browsing profile. The booking provider receives information under its own privacy policy and may record that HotelsFeed referred you. HotelsFeed may receive a commission if you complete a qualifying booking.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe through any feed email. You can also request access, correction or deletion using the contact instructions included in our emails. We retain inactive subscriber records only as needed to honour suppression requests and legal obligations.
Security and processors
Site data is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
